Basic Trekking Tips
Things to be prepared:
- Trekking shoes
- Small backpack for mineral water/jacket/snack
- Warm clothes/jacket
- Personal medicine (if needed)
- Physically exercise one week before trekking is required.
- 21.00 - Pick up from hotel
- 21.00 - 23.00 - Heading to Basecamp
- 23.00 - 24.00 - Regustration, briefing, and preparing for trekking
- 00.00 - 05.00 - Trekking Mt. Merbabu - summit.
- 05.00 - 07.00 - Sunrise viewing & having breakfast. Early breakfast: coffee/hot tea, snack, and noodles will be provided.
- 07.00 - 09.00 - Trekking back to basecamp
- 09.00 - 10.00 - Rest in rest area. Heavy meal will be provided.
- 10.00 - 12.00 - Transfer back to hotel in Jogja
